The mobile world congress in Barcelona is the largest mobile event in the world, bringing together the latest innovations and leading-edge technology from more than 2,400 leading companies, with a highly-rated conference programme assembling today’s visionaries to explore the hottest topics influencing the industry.
Nest studios supported three exhibitors this year working again with Trustonic, ChannelVAS and a new client for 2019 Remade.

At 450sqm, the space we created allowed visitors will be able to discover and experience an exclusive presentation of a new range of limited editions of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 in unique Remade colours;
An open iPhone structure, more than 2 meters high, in order to fully appreciate and understand the technicality and precision of Remade’s industrial process.
A networking lounge and private meeting rooms were also designed into the space to allow for media interviews and sales activities.
Sibos is the premier financial services event for the global financial community and this years backdrop was the gorgeous Darling Harbour in Sydney.
Nest once again provided it’s full in-house creative and project management services to 6 clients, each with its own specific brief and requirements.

The event, which is the first Akamai EDGE Forum to be held in Europe, will bring together over 300 of Akamai’s customers from across EMEA, and the rest of the world, to learn more about Akamai’s vision for digital transformation, empowered by the edge. With five breakout tracks on security, web performance, media delivery, business challenges and devops, attendees of the conference will be able to hear not only from speakers like Sir Tim, but also from Akamai customers such as Helios, Luisaviaroma and Skyscanner.
The Akamai EDGE EMEA forum also incorporated a Partner Expo hall which also facilitated networking during lunchtime and evening reception.
The overall look and feel was cutting edge but sophisticated. Nest Studios were responsible for delivering key elements of the event. For example, Design and build of bespoke elements, CAD drawings and submissions to venue for approval, Registration Systems and Staffing, Event Signage and way-finding and also AV and furniture.
We also helped manage the event planning liaising with venue and official suppliers to aid smooth delivery and negotiation of costs.
We look forward to supporting Akamai again in London in October for Akamai Edge Tour 2019.
Nest Studios is gearing up for another busy Sibos this month. This years host for the event is Sydney. It’s the third time that Sibos will have been hosted in Sydney, following successful events in 1997 and 2006. The city combines energy, innovation and infrastructure to provide an ideal location as Sibos turns 40.
Nest will be again working with six clients for this event with five long standing clients and a new client added this year, Fiserv.

Since its first outing, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has been bringing the creative communications industry together every year at its one-of-a-kind event in Cannes to learn, network and celebrate.
Nest Studios worked with existing client, DoubleVerify, to create an exciting design for their Cabana during the Cannes Lions Festival in June. Needless to say it was very hot out there, so plenty of shade was required!
It was the first time DoubleVerify attended the event on this scale and the design helped build there profile at the event and in the industry.
We are happy to say we are supporting with them again at this years dmexco, Cologne so look out for that in the next few months!
The Farnborough International Airshow is a week-long, biennial event that combines a major trade exhibition for the aerospace and defence industries with a public airshow.
With the latest addition of the new Hall 1 now open, Nest Studios had the opportunity of working with Shimtech again for the 3rd year running.
