Account Manager

Well established Warwickshire based multi disciplined event design agency delivering worldwide projects. Looking to add to our account management team to help support our continued growth in the live events sector. Ideal applicant to have at least 8 years experience with proven account management of blue chip clients and multiple large scale indoor and outdoor exhibitions. Live events, corporate hospitality and digital experience will be considered an additional benefit.

What you need to know?

  • Based at our Warwick office with flexible remote working arrangements.
  • You will develop long-term successful relationships with your clients to encourage client retention and satisfaction, taking an active role in developing clients to the mutual benefit and profit of the client and agency. Develop new opportunities by exploring additional divisions and disciplines within the client’s business. 
  • You will have a thorough understanding of your clients’ products, services and objectives. Collaboratively work with your team and internal departments to deliver first class events.
  • Financial processes. Production of costings for each event, budget development and management. Ensuring all projects are up-to-date throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Effective supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • You will be responsible for the successful planning, organisation and delivery of a simultaneous range of projects, delegating tasks accordingly within the team and working alongside internal teams such as production, creative, program strategy, registration and IT in order to achieve excellent results.

    • Initial kick-off meeting along with distribution of project goals.
    • Taking and distribution of internal and client meeting noted to wider project team and hand over to the project delivery team.

Senior Exhibition Designer

Must have an outstanding portfolio of modern work.

Nest Studios are looking for a senior branded environments 3D designer to join our growing design team in Warwick.

The right candidate will be responsible for creating designs and visuals for exhibition, museum and corporate interiors for a broad range of clients.

You will provide an active involvement at each stage of the process from conception to construction whilst liaising with, and offer full support to all relevant parties from initial client to account managers, through to Production and Finishing. You will also be involved in client facing meetings to collect briefs and present your ideas. The projects run to strict deadlines and demand a rigorous and efficient workflow. The solutions provided need to be dynamic, innovative and appealing.

Must have an outstanding portfolio of modern work and be able to run with entire exhibition design projects from sketch concepts to full 3D visuals and happy to pitch to clients.


  • 5+ years experience in the field with a 3D visualisation package- 3DS Max and VRAY preferred but not essential.

  • Background in exhibitions preferred.

  • Strong graphic and photoshop skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
