3D Creative Designer (UK)

Overview

At Nest, we blend creativity, technology, and sustainability to deliver award-winning, authentic brand experiences globally. Collaborating with renowned brands such as Sonos, Visa, and Zoom, we specialize in tradeshow design, experiential exhibitions, and commercial interiors.

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our team.

Whether you’re an experienced professional or a junior designer eager to grow, we’re looking for the right person to bring enthusiasm, ideas, and a passion for design. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at our office at least 2 days a week, or 3 days for junior candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform client briefs and the latest experiential technology into compelling 3D environments using moodboards, sketches, and 3D rendered presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team in a supportive, creative environment.
  • Present ideas and concepts effectively through verbal communication, sketches, and tools like Pinterest.
  • For junior designers: Lead creative projects with guidance, while receiving training and support to develop technical skills and progress your career.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a design agency delivering creative exhibition stands and experiential events, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • A passion for design trends, with a flair for interior styling, retail design, and experiential technology integration.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D software such as 3DS Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (training available for the right candidate).
  • A degree in 3D or Interior Design is preferred, but other related qualifications will be considered.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and creative flair are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in our office 2–3 days a week.
