For the third year running Lifeplus chose Nest Studios as it’s agency of choice to design and deliver this years flagship Spirit event at the Stuttgart Messe in Germany.
This years Spirit was to be the biggest and most inspiring LP event to date. It would require the hire of 3 halls at the Messe along with several open areas for registration and merchandising.
The project required a full design service, event branding, content creation and management of all construction. We also provided full event management which included liaising with the venue, all security, catering, hostess management, logistics, evening entertainment, stage management and management of the exhibition and evening events.
The main plenary session was designed to host 13000 associates, all seats had headsets giving visitors live access to 6 translation channels. The event was streamed live around the world via a camera and production crew and this year we introduced a live Skype link with other smaller events throughout Europe.
With 1,572 exhibitors from 56 countries and 57,018 visitors from 151 countries Eurosatory is one of the largest exhibitions in the world for the Defence and Security industries.
Nest Studios successfully retained Gentex after delivering their stand at the DSEI exhibition in 2015. Nest are also working with Gentex again on the installation of their stand at the Farnborough International Airshow in July.
Infosec is Europe’s number one information security event, featuring the largest and most comprehensive education programme, and over 360 exhibitors showcasing the most diverse range of products and services to 17,500 infosecurity professionals. The 22nd edition of the event was taken place at Olympia in London, 6-8 June 2017.
Nest Studios completed two stands at this years event retaining Algosec for the 2nd year and working with Egress Software Technologies for the 3rd year running.
The Dentistry Show and Dental Technology Showcase provides a unique sourcing and education event for dental professionals, and the trade that supplies them, helping all stakeholders from the industry to keep up-to-date and stay connected to their community.
Nest Studios delivered four stands at this years event at the NEC, Birmingham, UK. Straumann after working with them for the last four years decided to appoint Nest to design and build a new look stand for there event programme. More hands on product areas and a central theatre area added.
Nest Studios also continued to install stands for adec, dpas and KERR as part of their show programmes for 2016.
The CV Show is the largest and the most comprehensive road transport and commercial vehicle event held in Britain, providing truck and van operators with far greater choice than any other exhibition serving this vital industry. The Show attracts close to 21,000 business visitors and its central location at the NEC, Birmingham.
Working with RHA, BNP Arval and BNP Paribas Group for the 2nd year at the event, Nest again successfully designed and installed for 2016.
Valeo appointed Nest Studios for the first time to design and build their exhibition stand at the event. We are also delivering their stand at Automechanika in June.
The Mobile World Congress is the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry, organised by the GSMA, & held in the Mobile World Capital Barcelona, 22-25 February 2016.
Delivering six projects for four existing clients and two new at the event, Nest studios increased there presence at the show and in the telecom and technology sector.

Our latest showroom project for Hafele includes a glass sliding wall partition, new walls and flooring throughout with some really contemporary finishes.
The space was a storage area that needed some TLC. It now works as a professional meeting space which doubles as a place to showcase new products.
Markit (formally Information Mosaic) is one of the leading global provider of financial information services. Having delivered a successful stand at sibos 2014 in Boston for Information Mosaic, Markit appointed Nest Studios to design and build their stand at sibos 2015, in Singapore.
The space was divided into four meeting spaces, three semi enclosed bespoke meeting pods and one open meeting space. The central bar and reception serviced the spaces with refreshments.
High quality finishes throughout with retail style illuminated branding gave the space a high quality look and feel.
The team are already preparing for 2016 which is being held in Geneva, Switzerland.

Nest Studios are happy to announce that Hayley Reynolds has been appointed as Project Manager. She joins the already expanding team in Warwick.
Since graduating from the University of Brighton, Hayley has applied her skills and passion for Interior Architecture to the exhibition and events industry. After gaining valuable experience both designing and project managing a range of exhibition stands for popular sporting hospitality suites, Hayley decided to join our team at Nest Studios
She has been given the opportunity to combine her previous experience and develop a successful career managing our wide range of exciting projects.
We believe that with her existing skill set in meeting client and project satisfaction along with her eye for creativity and detail, she will be a great asset to the team.

Agritechnica brings together all the leading agricultural companies within the industry and is one of the largest indoor exhibitions of its kind in this sector.
Nest worked closely with HydraForce to deliver their stand design and construction, incorporating new interactive technologies and bespoke product display units incorporating illuminating faces. This created a clean, smart and modern design. The stands modular form also means that this can be reused for the rest of there show programme.
