Between our virtual event work and interior projects Nest found time to support a local medical company. Breas have been working hard to produce ventilators in response to the pandemic and needed new storage solutions… we were more than happy to help.
Lockdown measures around Europe are slowly easing this week. With this and the news that Germany are reclassifying trade shows as organised events rather than mass gatherings, could there be a distant light at the end of the tunnel for physical events?
The organisers and exhibitors of Dmexco – the worlds largest digital marketing show, will certainly be pleased to see things moving in the right direction. And of course, so are we.
It’s a show that Nest have been working at for many years having had success at MWC in Barcelona.
As much as we love delivering custom structures to our global clients we also realise that some client’s budgets require a more cost efficient approach.
The idea of a hired system solution is often a dirty word, bringing to mind ugly aluminium poles and beams leaving very little space for creativity. But that doesn’t always have to be the case.
Nest invested into the Aluvision system some 6 years ago because of its flexibility, low environmental impact and ease of install. The system also benefits from not looking like a system… no framework is visible and this means that the impact can come from graphic content, the introduction of light boxes and AV.
Costs can be kept really low due to the portable nature of the structure which reduces the transport and install costs. Its modularity means that we can provide solutions for any orientation, including within shell scheme walls.
If you’re interested in looking at an impactful, cost effective booth solution then please give us a call.
Sibos is the world’s premier financial services event and 2017’s location of choice was The Metro Convention Centre in Toronto.
Nest added to our existing portfolio and delivered stands for Six Securities Services, Smartstream Technologies, Isbank, Accuity, Pega Systems and IHS Markit.
Brief’s ranged from corporate, professional lounges to experiential brand journeys and all were answered with bespoke solutions.
We left the show with six very happy clients all of which benefited from our full design and management service.
The Microlise Transport Conference is Europe’s largest transport conference with over 1,200 visitors from the industry. Nest Studios were appointed to design and manage the conference, exhibition and awards dinner which was held at Ricoh Arena, Coventry this year in May. The exhibition space incorporated high level branding highlighting each of the various zones, whilst the overall space included 21 double sided bespoke pods for exhibitor presence, 3 workshop setups, a press studio, demonstration areas as well as 3 large zones for gold sponsor spaces. The conference seated 1,200 attendees and featured a large stage, built backdrop for projected content to be displayed, as well as soft seating for speakers to conduct a Q&A session. After a successful event Nest have already started to discuss 2018 with Microlise….so watch this space.
Another talented egg has been added to the Nest, for the second time this year the team has expanded by appointing Paul Birtwhistle as Senior 3D Designer.
Paul graduated from Salford University in 2007 with a BA(Hons) degree in Interior Design. He then developed his skills within bar, hotel and restaurant design for a couple of years before joining an exhibition design and build company where he worked his way up from a junior designer to leading a creative team and delivering pitches for clients globally.
Paul said, “Nest has creativity at the heart of its business and it excites me to be joining such a forward thinking team. I look forward to pushing those design boundaries further and delivering outstanding projects for our clients.”
Sibos is the world’s premier financial services event and the 2016 show returned for the third time to Geneva.
Switzerland’s second largest city shines as one of Europe’s most beautiful destinations – and provided an idyllic setting for Sibos.
This year Nest provided it’s full service agency approach to Six Securities Services, Isbank, Accuity and Markit. Standing out at the show and providing beautiful, professional meeting spaces, were key to our clients requirements. Each of our clients were provided with a dedicated team to ensure a hassle free, on time and on budget solution.
